Hyderabad Electric Supply Company known by the acronym HESCO is an electric distribution company that supplies electricity to all the districts of Sindh province except Karachi.
HESCO has announced these Assistant Lineman ALM vacancies on contract basis for a period of three years. Eligible candidates who meet the requirements can apply online through the procedure given below.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who wish to apply must check the eligibility details before submitting their application. As per the given eligibility criteria, holders of residence in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Matiari, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Umerkot, Sujawal, Badin, Thatta, Nawabshah and Sanghar are eligible to apply.
Open quotas for merit, children of employees and minorities will be reserved as per this job announcement. Only eligible individuals who meet the qualification and physical requirements below may apply.
- Qualifications: Matriculation Only (Minimum & Maximum)
- Age Limit: 18 to 33 Years (including general age relaxation) – Urban
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years (including general age relaxation) – Rural
- Medical Category: A
- Height: 5 Feet 4 Inches
- Chest: 32 Inches
- Weight: As per the body mass index chart BMI
- Running: 800 Meters in 5 Minutes
- Pushups/Dundas: 20 in Single Attempt in 3 Minute
- Lifting of Weight: 30 KG in Single Attempt
- Digging: 1 Ditch of Lenth, Depth, and Widht (2 x 2 x 2) feet
- Climbing Skills: Tower/Ladder up to 10 Feet Wearing Safety Equipment
- Pulling of Wires: In one span of 100 feet
Only applicants who perfectly meet the requirements can apply. Selected persons may be located anywhere within HESCO's area of jurisdiction. Recruitment of ALM will be as per Ministry/PEPCO/HESCO selection process.
How to Apply?
- Candidates are requested to apply through Sindh University Testing Center website www.sutc.usindh.edu.p/hesco. Applications submitted through any other process will not be considered.
- Only online applications will be considered as per the procedure given on the website. Candidates have to deposit Rs. 600/- as application processing fee through Challan form available on the website before the application closing date.
- Applicants can submit online applications until 30 April 2022. After the deadline, the online form will be removed from the website.
